Restaurateur and philanthropist Elias Bitar wanted to create more than a food show. His vision was to use food as a lens to explore culture, identity, and human connection — but he needed a way to turn that idea into a polished, engaging series that stayed true to his voice.

We developed Sick Food, Bruh as a hybrid podcast-documentary series, blending candid conversation with cinematic storytelling. The pilot episode with James Beard Award-winner Danny Childs set the tone — showing how food can spark meaningful dialogue and community.
