In a crowded South Jersey roofing market, JV Roofing & Exteriors wanted to separate themselves from the stereotype of pushy sales tactics and quick fixes. As a husband-and-wife-owned company, they built their business on transparency, education, and customer care — but needed a way to showcase those values to prospective clients.

SOLUTION

We developed a brand story video as the cornerstone of a larger five-part content strategy. Alongside four supporting vignette videos, the brand story highlighted JV Roofing’s people-first approach — positioning them as more than contractors, but trusted partners dedicated to craftsmanship, transparency, and unprecedented service. This gave them a flexible library of content to build credibility and connect with homeowners across multiple platforms.
